The Legends of Brawlhalla are the playable personas in the game. Each Legend has their own weapon combination, signature moves (sig), and base stats, all of which are unique to that Legend.
In the game, players will have 8 Legends available to play for free. These legends will only be free for 7 days. Rotations offer the same selection of Legends to everyone on each platform (PC, PS4, XBOX, Nintendo Switch etc.). All daily challenges are doable by at least 1 of the free Legends during the week the challenge is given.
The available free Legends will be switched out each week, usually on a Wednesday (assuming the player has an internet connection). Each rotation attempts to include Legends that provide the player with at least 1 of each weapon throughout their loadouts, but sometimes, one weapon will be missing. After the switch, 8 different legends will be available to play for free, and the previous 8 Legends will be locked until some other rotation includes them. Included Legends are seemingly selected at random for each rotation, however, newer Legends tend to be included in a rotation three weeks after their original release.
During the week of any given rotation, the available legends will have a small blue icon with an exclamation point below their picture in the Legend select menu. If a purchased Legend is a part of the rotation, that Legend will have an icon as well.Brawhalla is a good game but is a copy of super smash bros and if more action is taken they might be sowed by nintendo. This is noticed by people that play brawhalla and super smash bros.
Players can buy legends from Mallhalla. Once purchased, that legend become available to the player forever. The newest Legends will cost 7,200 for 2 weeks before having their price reduced. Most Legends cost 5,400, with the exception of Legends who were released before beta version 1.8.0, in which case Legend prices range from 5,400, 3,900, and 2,300.
Currently, the game has a roster of 49 legends, which can all be seen here:
